Groupfinder: Built by players, for players

Unified town square

Groupfinder is a tool for all tabletop RPG fans. Doesn’t matter if your favored system is Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Daggerheart, Shadowdark or something else – Groupfinder is built for you.

The platform is for everyone who is looking for a group with whom your ttrpg of choice can be played. To help make finding a group the easiest part of your adventure, you have a brief overview of groups looking for members. Whether they are on-going games or something in the planning phase, the choice is yours.

Groupfinder lets you publicly post groups for the game of your choice. You can specify the empty seats that need to be filled. Whether you are a new player, experienced adventurer or even a Game Master, who is looking for a new group or members for an on-going campaign – we hope Groupfinder will help you fill these seats.

Groupfinder is and will be free to use.

Created for simplicity

We built Groupfinder because we believe the hardest part of any tabletop game shouldn't be finding and managing a group. It should be surviving the session.

With the evergrowing popularity of the hobby, we wanted there to be a central platform to connect players and groups. Whether online or in-person, finding those with whom you could play tabletop games should be easier and more organized than it is currently.

We don't believe in gatekeeping the hobby in any way. With that in mind, we have intentionally made all the groups and players browsable without even needing to log in.

In addition, we have created the Library - a comprehensive repository of various tabletop gaming resources. We are adamant about exposing players to different game systems, various tools they could use to enhance or simplify their games, discover new creators or find a community to join and chat about their favourite system.

If you are just getting into the hobby, we would recommend taking a look at the various articles we've written, to help you get started on your journey.
